Transcripts

How to request your official NSCC transcript — digital or printed — and what to do if you have not logged in to MyNSCC for a while.

Types of transcripts

NSCC issues two transcript types:

  • Official transcript — sealed and signed; required by employers, other post-secondary institutions, and licensing bodies.
  • Unofficial transcript — downloadable from MyNSCC; suitable for personal records and informal review.

How to request an official transcript

  1. Sign in to MyNSCC.
  2. Navigate to the transcript request section.
  3. Choose digital delivery (PDF) or printed/mailed copy.
  4. Provide the recipient details (employer, university, etc.).
  5. Pay the request fee and submit.

Processing time & fees

Digital transcripts typically process within 2 to 3 business days. Mailed copies can take 5 to 10 business days depending on destination. Fees vary — refer to the request page on MyNSCC for current amounts.

If you graduated some time ago

Alumni and former students retain access to their transcripts indefinitely. If you cannot log in to MyNSCC, email eCampus.info@nscc.ca for an identity-verified manual request.
