Brightspace

Brightspace is where your coursework lives. If you cannot log in, assignments will not load, or video lectures will not play, start here.

NSCC email & Outlook

Email problems are the most common cause of missed deadlines and announcements. Confirm Outlook is signed in on every device you use and that notifications are enabled.

Microsoft Teams

Teams is used for live virtual classes and the eCampus Community space. If a class link does not open, your microphone is not detected, or audio cuts out, the Service Desk can help.
